1. Terms and Conditions of use and sale
1 - Prices
1.1 - The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included (VAT and other taxes including tax on copyrights) excluding postage, shipping and handling.
1.2 - For orders to countries other than France, customs duties, import taxes or other local taxes may be due. Payment of these sums is your sole responsibility.
1.3 - Karmax-910 reserves the right to modify its products' prices at any time but the products will be invoiced for the amount shown on the website at the time your order was placed.
2 - Validation
The customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted the present Terms and Conditions before placing an order.
The personal and payment data recorded by Karmax-910 constitute proof of transactions made between Karmax-910 and its customers.
3- Availability
Our product offers are valid as long as they are visible on the dolphlundgrenofficial.com website. In the unlikely event of a product's unavailability after placing your order, you will be notified by email.
In the case of a pre-order purchase, the product may not be available at the time of the checkout process; if so, an expected delivery date will be specified at the time of said pre-order.
4- Delivery
The products are sent out to the shipping address you provided during the checkout process, on or before the date indicated on the order page before prior to payment.
The shipping and handling fee will only be charged once per shipment.
In case of delayed shipment, you will be informed by email of a possible change of the expected shipping date. In case of a non-delivery after more than 30 weekdays after the expected shipping date, you have the option to cancel your order within 10 working days. In this case, if you received the product after your cancellation, we will reimburse the cost of sending the product back to us, once the product is received by us complete and in its original state.
5- Payment
Payment for purchases is made through the types of credit cards proposed on the payment page. In the case of a pre-order, payment is made at the time of said pre-order.
6 - Refund/Replacement
In case your product arrives damaged or unusable, you may return it to us by emailing us first with your reason for dissatisfaction and a request for replacement. As soon as the product is received at the address we will provide, Karmax-910 or their affiliates will send out a new product. Should you request a refund, reimbursement will be made by Karmax-910 only in the form of credit on the customer's credit card used at the time of purchase. Refunds are not available for products returned unsealed.
7 - Responsibility
The products are conform to French legislation. Karmax-910 is not responsible if the country where the product is delivered prohibits the import or use of said products.
Photos of products are for illustrative purposes only. Karmax-910 is only responsible for the textual content of the pages it publishes.
8 - Amendment of conditions
Karmax-910 reserves the right to periodically change, correct, or amend these Terms and Conditions of Sale. If changed, a new copy of the Terms will be available at: http:www.dolphlundgrenofficial.com/cgv.html
9 - Applicable law - Disputes
This document is subject to French law. In case of dispute, French courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
10 - Personal information
Your personal information and data will not be sold or redistributed to any other party. Under French law, you have the right to request access, modification or removal of said data.
